The Evolution Power team manages the full development process.
There is no cost risk for the landowner and we ensure they remain fully informed of progress at all times.
Land Identification
We use our experience and relationships to identify land that is suitable for renewable energy development and agree commercial terms with the landowner.
At this stage, we also confirm grid availability and complete a planning risk analysis.
Project Development
Once land and grid rights are confirmed we aim to progress to planning application submission quickly, typically within a 3-6 month period. Our upfront analysis allows us to mitigate planning risk - we have a historical planning success rate of close to 100%.
Financing and Construction
The team has originated, developed and financed over 1GW UK renewable energy projects, including a number of the largest existing UK operational solar projects.
We have an established track record of building high performing projects and relationships with the major technology providers, EPC contractors and banks.
